We started Charles Irvine back in 2014, because we saw a gap in the real estate advisory market. Our clients were telling us consultancy firms were becoming too impersonal and advice was being commoditised.
They wanted expert advice in real estate, from people who had experience, who had worked through bad times as well as good, advisers who thought as they did and who would be on hand all the time and not just there at the beginning and the end.
